simplesurance is becoming the world’s leading e-commerce provider of product insurances. We are a five-year-old company with over 140 fun, ambitious and friendly colleagues from over 30 countries, all working out of our Berlin office. We are growing quickly and now need a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own our talent acquisition – from sourcing to hiring – for all of our technical positions.


You can speak code and spot potential in developers or product managers who almost . You excel working with a multinational team using your excellent communications skills and building strong relationships from the CTO to other Team Leads – becoming a key business partner and expert to meet their hiring needs.



What you will do:


  • You will lead the full cycle in recruiting, especially for our tech-related positions
  • You will define, implement and execute a new strategy of recruiting for your assigned positions
  • You are the main person of contact for our tech-employees regarding administrational-, engagement- and feedback-aspects
  • You will work closely with your hiring managers and managers, being their consultant and advisor in recruiting- and team management
  • You are proactively extending your portfolio of recruiting channels (direct sourcing, new tech sites, job portals, newsletters, events)
  • You are working in close cooperation with the entire HR team regarding daily HR tasks and projects (e.g. Employer Branding)
Requirements:

What you should bring:


  • You successfully gained at least two years experience in a similar position
  • You already gained first insights into the requirements of guiding through the full employee experience
  • You provide proven success in recruiting Tech-related positions and you have some knowledge about e-commerce technologies
  • You are a natural networker and work proactively
  • You are creative in finding new ways to contact candidates
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you can cope with deadlines being able to work thoroughly and independently
  • You are fluent in English and on a conversational level in German
