YOUR OPPORTUNITY IN SILVERBACK STUDIO:
Silverback Studio is looking to offer the role of Social Media Community Manager to a passionate Digital marketer who’s a creative thinker, analytical, obsessed in Statistics and Numbers.
As the Social Media Community Manager you will be involved in all performance marketing Social channels with a main focus on our Facebook organic and paid advertising, Linkeding and Instagram.
Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will ensure the growth, performance and incremental improvement of your campaigns (paid and organic).
KEY TASKS:
- Manage the strategy and setup of paid and organic campaigns from conception to execution.
- Capability to communicate with people via messages, chat, posts ect.
- Be the Community Manager of our costumers and Write and answer to the community
- Work to adequately measure and optimise campaigns performances whilst also establishing benchmarks and recommending improvements for future social media campaigns and channels development.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid and organic programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new features, channels and strategies.
- Reporting and analysis every week and month organic posts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Paid and Organic Social
- Deep understanding of social channels
- Strategic thinking & problems’ solving orientated
- Data & KPIs driven
- Excel (level: Expert)
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to work independently & as part of a team
- Strong attention to details
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to have a strongh focus
- Fluency in Italian, English, both verbal and written.
- Must love Statistics and Numbers
- Additional languages would be an advantage
- Passionate Reader (must read books of Social Media Marketing, Blogging etc.)
- Training Course Lover (There is the possibility that you will participate to training course during weekends)

OUR BEGINNING OFFER:
3 months of test: 1300 € per month
If we like your way to work and the team work well, our definitive proposal at the beginning is: Salary after taxes 1300 €
Contract: Permanent Position 13 wages per year (1.300,00 € x 13 months) Details about the contract that we must see together
