Your missions

Part of a super-energetic team of more than 150 people and in close collaboration with the Customer Success and Product teams, you will lead the global Client Services team to bring our customer satisfaction rate to the next level.

As a project manager you will be the network genius of our company ! You will have the advantage of being in direct contact with our customers to gather their needs and understand their network architecture in order to explain them how to fully implement the Tiller solution in their establishments.

You will be in charge of the following:

  • Organize and manage all the on-site installations with our internal teams, from initial planning to final installation
  • Meet our customers and identify their technical needs
  • Provide a technical expertise to our customers
  • Draft network architecture plans and organize pre-visits with the customer
  • Interact with the various stakeholders (project management, architect, subcontractor ...) to prepare the installation
  • Check the implementation of our technical recommendations
  • Contribute to the implementation of the new network products and test them during on-site installations
  • Organize and set up a complete wifi coverage in our customers' establishments by carrying out network connections
  • Eventually, manage future teams of external technicians for installations and interventions at our customers
  • More generally, you are working on making our processes great again !

Requirements

  • With at least a Master's Degree in Engineering, you have between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in telecom project management and coordination and more specifically in the network construction.
  • You have flawless logic, and can easily identify material needs.
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications/wireless and IP networks is required, as well as radio systems.
  • You ideally have a good knowledge of Unifi and Apple products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with people on a daily basis.
  • Rigorous, you have a good ability to summarize and to make yourself understood.

  • You are bilingual in Spanish and English, French is a plus
