We’re a diverse and multilingual bunch of people, working from offices in London, Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Istanbul and Warsaw – and we’re still growing!

At the moment we are looking for a highly motivated and bright person to join our wonderful Finance Operations team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right mix of skills and attitude to empower the quickest international money transfers worldwide.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Import data from external platforms into internal system
  • Perform deposits reconciliation
  • Investigate problematic payments
  • Execute transactions/process refunds
  • Ensure timely and accurate transactions processing
  • Identify any issues or areas of improvement
  • Work proactively with other operational departments
  • Assist team with the daily workflow and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new Payment Operations Associate:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of payment operations would be considered as an advantage
  • Degree in Finance/Economics or related discipline would be considered as an advantage
  • Collaborative, proactive and curious
  • Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, according to business needs
