1999 - Eutron took over Saar, an Italian contract manufacturer in electronics
2003 - Eutron expanded in China initially in partnership with local manufacturer (Axis Technology Ltd)
2011 - ITEMA sold the companies part of its “Spinning” division (Savio, owning Loepfe, Barco, Sedo & Eutron), to a Private Equity. All companies maintain assets and management , continuing their business.
2012 – New factory in China, Kunshan
2013 – 2014 New ERP platform and Six Sigma / LEAN improvement
2015 – 2016 Traceability and VMI project
