The Business Development team at Formlabs builds partnerships with leading companies throughout the world to create the future of 3D printing by pioneering new applications for Formlabs printers and materials. We help executives at companies like New Balance and Gillette launch new businesses around Formlabs printers through offering services including ideation workshops, technical feasibility studies, and custom material and software development engagements.

We are looking for an entrepreneur who can build multimillion-dollar partnerships with large companies that lead Formlabs to new sales and marketing strategies and new product offerings. If you can understand complex technology, hustle to find and create opportunities, and think quickly and creatively in a room full of customer executives then join our Business Development team to help lead an order-of-magnitude increase in the impact of 3D printing.

The Job:

  • Build a portfolio of profitable partnerships from the ground up by identifying targets, developing relationships, finding opportunities, scoping and negotiating deals, and ensuring that Formlabs delivers on our promises.
  • Make effective use of support from the Business Development Lead and your teammates to set and reach ambitious goals for the size and impact of your portfolio

    The Job:

  • Perform basic administrative functions such as versee profiles permissions, roles, and user creation
  • Design and develop solutions using declarative methods (e.g. custom objects, workflows, process builder)
  • Assist in training new users and continuing education for existing users on new feature releases
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

    Our Print Farm, run by the Print Production team, is where almost everything is printed at Formlabs. We create custom sample parts for our clients, beautiful models for trade shows, and support our engineering and customer teams by printing whatever they need. From setting up prints to sanding the final models, from custom modeling to carefully packing parts for shipment, the Print Production team needs a knowledgable, organized, and industrious teammate ready to tackle (and print!) anything that comes their way.

    If you are well-versed in 3D modeling and efficient self-starter, who’s excited to work with your hands, we want you to join the Form Team as a Print Production Specialist (m/f/d).

    The Job:

  • Driving the printing process from start to end:
  • Creating and correcting 3D models using modeling software
  • Running and maintaining the Form printers
  • Post-processing the printed parts (washing, polishing…)
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Maintenance of the Print Farm - keep it exceptionally clean and organized
  • Keep the printing projects running - use ASANA to organize your time and meet sneaky deadlines

    We're looking for a Chief of Staff/Business Manager EMEA (m/f/d), that can support us in our exponential growth. If you’re looking to take your career to another dimension, want to have a visible role within and shape a Unicorn Company, join us!

    The core mission of this role is to work on strategic projects within the EMEA business and aim to improve everything that we do. This will include a significant focus on the continued development, strategic direction, and improvement of the Formlabs Sales team, and related commercial interactions with our clients.     This role is matrixed. You need to be strong on both execution and as an influencer.

    Your responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic programs - you will push strategic EMEA projects. This will include topics relating to Sales, as outlined below, and new expansion and improvement opportunities. You will need to constantly adapt to an ever-evolving environment, as we grow.
  • Make sure all Sales have the opportunity to achieve and exceed their sales quotas through education and the creating of sales strategy. You’ll work with the sellers, Marketing and Service teams to understand their requirements, and work out how best to achieve targets by a process of ongoing improvements.
  • Identify, adopt and embed a standard sales methodology, sales qualification criteria, and associated materials. As part of this work, a goal will be to increase pipeline velocity, shortening the sales cycle.
