  • OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE 

  • Mindshare Milano is looking for an experienced Web Analyst for a role of responsibility within the business planning analytics team. 
  • The resource will be responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and producing valuable recommendations based on findings from different web analytics platforms (Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics). 
  • Must possess excellent technical skills in data management both qualitative and quantitative to interpret and generate insights actionable to the client's business. 

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 
  • Develop analyses and reports to support client campaigns/programs 
  • Develop strategic tagging and tracking solutions for site analysis and online advertising campaigns 
  • Explain complex ideas (statistical models and techniques) clearly and concisely to clients and non-technical internal stakeholders 
  • Work closely with technical teams in order to ensure proper tracking of the tag (see above) 
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and design reporting and analysis solutions tailored to their needs 
  • Support the team in charge of the implementation of the dashboard

    ABOUT YOU 

  • At least 3 years’ experience working with standard web analytics tools including Google Analytics (preferred) or Adobe Analytics /Omniture and implementation of standard tagging and custom variables 
  • Good knowledge of Google products, specifically: GTM, Adwords, DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager), Google Search Console 
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM practices 
  • Fluent English (in speaking and writing) 
  • Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team 
  • Ability to manage priorities (will be required to follow multiple projects simultaneously) and to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment

  • OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE 

  • We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who will strive to increase the Search Engine rankings of our projects.  
  • The SEO Specialist will report to the Head of SEO and will be responsible for developing a seamless search engine optimisation strategies, in-line with the overall customer experience strategy.  
  • The SEO Specialist will be responsible for ensuring each client has a leading SEO Strategy and plan in place and execute them together with the team also ensuring SEO campaigns are delivered on time and to budget. 
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven track record in a specific SEO focused role with strong understanding of link building, best practices and effective strategies.  
  • Specialist knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing and ranking algorithms.  
  • Good written and oral communication skills.  
  • Strong numeracy and a good working knowledge of Excel.  
  • Target driven, with a focus on achieving goals.  
  • Functional knowledge of websites and how they are developed.  
  • Excellent knowledge of google analysis and other web analytics platforms.  
  • Experience with mobile optimization. 
  • Keeps up to date with changes in SEO and other channels that impact SEO clients. 
  • Portfolio of SEO optimized websites.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in SEO – agency experience is a plus. 
  • Deep knowledge of SEO tools  
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and other relevant languages and technologies.  
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. 
  • Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Excel level: excellent.
