Job purpose :
We’re looking for a Marketing SEO Inbound Manager to increase Musement’s share in the Spanish-speaking markets by driving marketing activities to the right target audience across different organic channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Overview the development of your market from a holistic marketing perspective
  • Create and execute original, forward-looking plan/strategy that reflects Musement’s core brand values in order to drive inbound marketing growth 
  • Manage and execute SEO outreach and rankings
  • Manage PR agency, content marketing pipeline (including the blog) and Social (liaison with our Social Media Manager), marketing partnerships (blogs and travel sites) and other distribution channels, including freelancers and agency management when applicable
  • Engage bloggers, relevant partners and social media accounts
  • Promote, seed, and share brand initiatives
  • Improve market performance management for all key metrics: Organic Acquisition and support: Retention, Brand and Big Partnerships
  • Responsibility to achieve market targets: organic (SEO+direct+social): bookings, gross revenue and net margin
  • Run market specific campaigns and initiatives and measure/evaluate ROI of a Market marketing initiative;
  • Manage freelancers for content creation and translations for the Blog & Social & Product and other relevant content
  • Research to ensure the team has in-depth customer and market knowledge to both acquire and engage actual and potential customers
  • Ensure Musement is always ahead of the curve on understanding marketing innovation
  • Deliver market insights to support company strategies such as supply, product and marketing
  • Improve our brand’s public profile by working with the other teams to boost our ratings on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews and TripAdvisor - and any local relevant source of information for our customers
  • Collaborate with the other departments such as product, B2B2C, local teams and country managers
  • Create reports and analyze data
  • Ensure strategy execution is aligned with the plan

    We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to join our marketing team as a Social Media Manager. We would like to hear from savvy digital-minded individuals who enjoy interacting with people have the knowledge and skill set to engage current and potential customers on our social channels are “guerilla marketing” minded and aim to solve problems without throwing money at them.


    Responsibilities:


  • Help us develop our Social Media Strategy.
  • Create and execute an original, forward-looking social media plan/strategy for Musement that spans the following platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant social channels, e.g. Pinterest, Snapchat, Vine, Vimeo, reddit, Tumblr or UGC networks that Musement should be part of.
  • Establish a social presence with a tone of voice that reflects Musement’s core brand values, and ensure that we can act in real time across the social channels.
  • Research competitors and study what sets social media abuzz, and think about initiatives to engage our customers and followers.
  • Write posts for our different social platforms and manage our community - build creative strength and production excellence in content creation.
  • Create reports and analyze data. Ensure content appeals to our customers’ interests through rigorous customer insight and analysis.
  • Engage other bloggers and social media pages. Support Initiatives by promoting, seeding, and sharing brand initiatives.
  • Ensure Musement is always ahead of the curve on understanding all social media technological developments, product launches, insights and trends.
  • Deliver KPIs of acquisition volume growth, brand metrics (awareness and consideration) and market reach.
  • Requirements:


  • Creative and enthusiastic
  • Strong writing skills (better yet with an informal, friendly tone of voice)
  • Already worked with blog and ability to do photo editing
  • Full proficiency in English, native in any of these languages: English, French, Spanish or Italian
  • Few years of experience working at a social media agency or managing social media for a business
  • EU work permit
  • Love travelling
