Job purpose :
Job Purpose

Support to develop and finalize Mobile products for the local market (Open Market and named Operators) ensuring that products meet all requirements in terms of software and technical documentation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support to liaise with Portfolio Marketing in order to receive the correct line-up positioning on all channels; 
  • Cooperate to finalize HHP software for the different accounted customers (O/S, pre-loaded apps, PC tools, bug fix), while providing constant feedback to HQ on possible improvement areas; 
  • Collaborate to communicate with the technical depts of the named Operators to manage and synchronize the activities for HHP products certification; 
  • Support to manage the finalization of all technical documentation, user manuals, leaflets on the managed IM range; 
  • Support to certify the finalized products by creating Field Test Reports, in coordination with the Quality Assurance dept., and deliver reports to HQ; 
  • Cooperate to maintain software and technical documentation of already launched line-ups; 
  • Cooperate with B2B sales teams (internal and operators) for solutions development and technical support; 
  • Support to plan and manage Train the Trainer initiatives to keep the Field Force updated about HHP technical features;

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering;

    Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tool required. Experience in software development is a plus.

    Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.

    Support Administration and Sales Force in performing all administrative tasks related to reporting, defining price, forecast and sales budget. programs and campaigns for Mobile business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Sales Administration in sales deductions management and manage allowance account and layaway plan and supplies analysis. • Follow up on time promotion plan scenario & special price analysis . • Contribute to provide sales planning, supporting to define sales budget and forecast. • Provide analysis on market and sales data; process and update sales reporting as required i.e.: turnover, Agents, etc. • Manage commercial back office, Support Commercial Agreement definition (e.g.: preliminary filling & sending, on-line contracts, SAP insertion etc.). • Support to monitor customers price list and update customer report. • Support Sales to organize meetings with customers and all other required communications and materials. • Follow up any communications / offers in line with Key Account guidelines
