Our newly created B2B team is looking for a B2B Sales and Lifecycle Manager to help us provide easy access to language learning for every employee from the workfloor to the corner office!


Your mission as B2B Sales and Lifecycle Manager will be to work with the B2B team to provide our B2B leads a professional and pleasant experience in learning about Babbel for their teams, deciding to purchase, engage and renew.


You will:


  • Be in charge of developing the entire account management department and process at Babbel B2B
  • Be responsible for the structure and testing of the sales funnel and communication process (including automized lead nurturing flow) and media starting from the lead that is provided by our inbound marketing team to retention
  • Lead sales presentations, participation in tenders and meetings with potential and existing customers, some travel involved
  • Administer our B2B sales and service tools, set-up campaigns and communication lines in Hubspot, write and structure templates for our automated replies
  • Understand and prioritize how to improve our product offering and sales experience and develop solutions together with the respective teams at Babbel or with an agency

You have:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/ or account management
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring and improving sales and account management processes, and setting up lead nurturing flows ideally with software like Hubspot
  • An understanding and interest in HR and/ or learning topics, ideally previous experience in the industry or selling to HR/ C-level
  • Demonstrated people and leadership skills and experience: motivation, coaching, trusting, feedback
  • Native German and very good English skills
  • Fun doing operational as well as strategic work
  • Previous experience working with an online B2B, HR, Learning and/or subscription business models is a plus
