We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Marketing Tracking & Experiments Platform (f/m/d) to start immediately in our office in Berlin, Germany!

You will:

• Be responsible for maintaining platforms and services for marketing tracking and our internal A/B testing tool.
• Lead the ideation and drive data-centered solutions based on clear use-cases and scenarios through collaboration with cross-functional teams in Product & Marketing.
• Translate product and commercial strategy into initiatives, by pitching concepts, creating stakeholder buy-in on priorities, and writing user stories that help engineering teams deliver working software fast.
• Manage a team of Product Managers within your product area
• Measure, monitor and analyze metrics to optimize existing features and to learn from minimum viable features/products.
• Support other product managers in creating and executing our cross-platform product strategy and vision that solve real problems for our learners and internal stakeholders in ways that meet business needs.

You have:

• 4-6 years of online product management experience delivering solutions with Agile teams.
• Experience with performance marketing tracking and backend services
• An ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to lead in an influencing role, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter who can drive results and obtain buy-in from stakeholders on any seniority level.
• Worked in advertising or marketing (tech), education or Edtech is a plus.
• Leadership experience and experience in mentoring/coaching other team members
