We are looking for an Senior Team Development Manager (HR Business Partner)  (f/m/d) for our Human Resources Team in Berlin!

As a Senior Team Development Manager (HR Business Partner) (f/m/d), you are part of Learning & Development and will partner closely with the Babbel team and especially our Marketing Department covering all areas of HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as a link and first point of contact between departments and HR and pick up on culture and work life related currents
• Translate these currents into pragmatic concepts and practical solutions, keeping the organizational strategy and Babbel culture in mind
• Build a trusting partnership with all stakeholders in Babbel
• Drive development and implementation of departmental and organizational projects with impact on the daily work life and employee life-cycle at Babbel (e.g. Mentoring Program, development and career plans, processes)
• Interpret strategic plans into operational processes and drive implementation together with the Learning & Development Team
• Identify development needs and drive their fulfillment together with Babbel Academy and external partners
• Support teams and line managers in mediation and moderation as well as feedback and role definition
• Mentoring of Junior Team Development Managers and participation in further development of HR as a partner

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (HR Business Partner)
• Experience in fast growing companies
• Proven generalistic knowledge of all HR-related topics and processes combined with experience in mediation and coaching
• Legal background / experience beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and team orientation
• Strong solution oriented thinking combined with conceptual and strategic abilities
