Job Description

Your main objective is to contribute into the growth of our member base with multiple innovative and impactful digital marketing initiatives.  

Your role: 

-revealing opportunities for digital marketing

-developing ideas of digital marketing projects

-setting KPI

-realization, including tracking performance and optimizing on the go

- optimizing 

- reporting

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful 

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in online marketing, preferably working in various sides: digital company/digital agency etc
• Expert in performance marketing: deep understanding of key metrics, solid experience in working with key performance instruments
• Track record in realization of digital marketing projects: portfolio
• Creativity - possibility to develop several right solutions for one tasks; creative sensibility
• Strong project management skills. Ability to drive project in a company with matrix structure; troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing;
• Analytical skills with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture
• Fluent English
