Our dedicated team at BlaBlaCar is building a new product line that is going to revolutionize the way people do and think their carpooling trips!

To fulfill this ambition, you will join a small dedicated agile cross-skills team, operating as a mini-startup within BlaBlaCar. This team is comprised of great profiles with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, UX designers and business analysts to answer our challenges.

What you will contribute to:

• Start from scratch to build a robust and scalable online service for our new product;

• Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders;

• Be able to work with external tech services;

• Help design and implement our APIs and backend (Python preferred but flexible);

• Making everyone’s life easier at BlaBlaCar by building monitoring tools;

• Be able to build an architecture in service or micro-services (depending on the need);

• Build a delayed payment system, and interacting with a third-party payment system.

You will have full autonomy regarding the language used among Python, Java or PHP.
