Verstärke unser HR-Team ab März / April 2019 für mind. 4 Monate bei deinem Praktikum Human Resources (m/w/x) mit Fokus auf Recruiting und Employer Branding.


Deine Aufgaben:


In deinem Praktikum hast du die Möglichkeit, einen umfassenden Einblick in moderne Personalarbeit zu bekommen. Von Administration über Employer Branding, Recruiting, Personalentwicklung… Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen und bauen in vielen Bereichen noch Strukturen und Prozesse auf.   • Du lernst den ganzheitlichen Recruiting-Prozess kennen und unterstützt im Bewerbermanagement, Sourcing und in der Direct Search

  • Du begleitest Vorstellungsgespräche und übernimmst das Recruiting für unsere Praktikantenstellen

  • Durch deine Ideen trägst du dazu bei, unsere Candidate Experience stetig zu verbessern

  • Du erstellst Stellenausschreibungen auf Deutsch und Englisch und findest die besten Kanäle, um die geeigneten Bewerber anzusprechen

  • Du übernimmst eigenständige Projekte im Bereich Employer Branding und treibst so z.B. unsere Hochschulmarketing-Aktivitäten und den Aufbau unserer Arbeitgebermarke voran

  • Du bekommst Einblicke in den Bereich HR-Administration und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen etc.



  • Your Profile:
  • Du studierst mind. im 3. Semester BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften o.ä. und möchtest deine theoretischen Kenntnisse nun endlich in die Praxis umsetzen

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil; gerne auch in der Start Up-Szene

  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und empathisch

  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich

  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht du fließend in Wort und Schrift

  • You will perform market analytics to help evaluating the success and value of Coya’s marketing initiatives

  • Your Profile:
  • You have a background in Economics, Math and/or Finance

    As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) at Coya you will be directly involved in disrupting one of the most traditional domains - Insurance! You will work with your squad on building and implementing innovative products for our business partners.

    Your Role:
  • Play a pivotal role in a squad of cross functional, experienced professionals, building a complex innovative product
  • Guide and align a squad of highly skilled professionals with a diverse background
  • Jointly turn high level vision into specific, detailed product features and technical specifications
  • Present your squad with a purpose for their work - why are we doing what we are doing? What are the expected business values?
  • Communicate to your squad and the entire company the results of the features deployed and their business impact and performance over time
  • Together with one of our partnership managers you meet with our business partners, where you ensure that we co-develop and launch products, which are feasible from a business, technical and timeline perspectives
  • Be customer centric: Identify and cater to our different customer types and constantly push towards incremental addition of value for our customers
  • Co-conceptualise, specify, groom, plan and deliver within time and scope features and products that cater to our customers together with your squad
  • Set timing and and functional expectations of product improvements and technical roadmaps together with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Are a leader, enjoy and value teamwork, are able to take things end to end on your own when needed and you are extremely customer and delivery driven
  • Have minimum 3 years of work experience as a software engineer
  • Have a B.Sc. in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Accumulated at least 3 years of work experience as a product manager in an agile environment
  • Possess an analytical mindset, ability to tackle complex systems and intellectual challenges, go down from high level vision into general requirements, then into the smallest pieces
  • Understand system design approaches and architecture, know the consequences that can arise from poor technical decisions
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and create clarity and transparency in your team and across the entire company
  • Are willing to travel to our Berlin-, Germany- and in the future maybe also Europe-based business partners. Currently it would be mostly 1day trips in Berlin or Germany
  • Are fluent in English and bring excellent communication skills
