JOB SCOPE

The mission of this role will be to guarantee accounting and tax fairness in foreign branches.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Monthly, Actual, Budget, Revised Budget, Strategic Plan consolidated management reporting by Business Unit in accordance with Group Management Reporting Guidelines and Timeline;
• In connection with interim and final audit of annual accounts, direct support to local teams and external audit activities for local subsidiaries;
• Training of local accountants and controller for management reporting guidelines, policy and procedures.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 7-10 years controlling experience in this role in a multinational company or in an international environment;
• A Master University graduated in Economics or equivalent;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheet application - ERP systems (SAP, NAV, ORACLE, SAGE); business intelligence systems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
• Excellent presentation skills and telephone manner with the confidence to engage with a wide range of companies, often with individuals at a senior level;
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to juggle a number of tasks under pressure;
• Personable, engaging individual who has the ability to add value to the overall team effort;
• Enthusiastic and committed to achieving both individual and organizational goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of Davines business model;
• English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory - nice to have good knowledge of French and Spanish languages;
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS) is a plus.
