Davines is looking for a Sustainability Projects Intern (stage) in order to support the Sustainability team in our HQ in Parma.

JOB SCOPE:

Responding directly to the Head Of Sustainability this role will support the team realizing specific Planet safeguarding projects in order to optimize the positive impact of the company in relation to stakeholders and the environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the local team in collecting data in order to proceed with the certifications and ongoing special projects;
• Contacting external partners in order to discuss and define the best operative solutions that can be put in place within the company;
• Being in contact with our international branches for collecting/sharing data related to ongoing and next sustainability projects;
• Supporting the team in several activities related to the communication of sustainability projects (both internally and externally).

INDIVIDUAL ATTITUDE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication;
• Strong project management and target-oriented mindset;
• Personal interests and experience in Planet safeguarding topics (such as environmental sustainability, water safeguarding or carbon offsetting);
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment;
• Have a natural interest in global culture, lifestyle, beauty industry;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in Sustainability projects or post-graduate programs specifically related to this topic will be considered a plus

Internship length: 6 months

Package: 550-750 € net/month + company canteen
