POSITION

Reporting directly to the Creative Director this role will have the mission to ensure the development of graphic contents and communication projects aligned with our stylistic principles and business vision.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Ensure and coordinate the artistic alignment between the creative department and the video production;
• Organize and support the productions monitoring time, costs and needs;
• Collect and manage internal briefs for video production projects;
• Organize and monitor projects’ calendars;
• Monitor and verify constantly the alignment of costs with the production’s budget;
• Follow on site the productions being responsible for aesthetics’ fine-tunings.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience within the same role in structured companies or in agencies;
• Professional knowledge of the video production context and solutions;
• Strong project management mindset and organizational competences;
• Precise and detail-oriented approach;
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment;
• Have a natural interest in global culture, lifestyle & beauty industry;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
