THE ROLE

As a Full Time FP&A Analyst, you will work alongside the Head of FP&A working closely with the senior management to help drive business performance and provide high quality financial information. You will report to the Head of FP&A.

Your goal will be to actively influence day to day decisions, anticipate the needs of stakeholders providing key insights and be the interface between finance and the business, to drive high performance and quality.

Aligned to four Company pillars;

1. Primary deals

2. Allocation

3. Non-Ticket

4. CMII

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

1) Business Partnering

  • Providing key and quality analysis to optimise decision making
  • Proactive thought leadership in trends, data, business strategy etc.
  • Ownership of all KPIs across the business: Financial & Non-Financial
  • Going “beyond” the numbers giving commercial insight as standard
  • Help setting commercial targets, tracking and performance updates
  • Key partners will include; Marketing, Product, Commercial & Operations teams

2) Data Quality, Integrity & Systems

  • Ensuring that the data and systems we operate with are accessible, fit for purpose (accurate) and relevant
  • Systems super user
  • Any new systems implemented are integrated successfully into the business helping to save time on non value add activities

3) Financial Modelling & Planning

  • Work collaboratively with the Head of FP&A to create a robust set of Reporting and Financial plans to provide clear business insights, drive change and influence;
  • Short Term 12 month rolling forecast model
  • Longer term forecastBudget / Capital allocation process
  • Board / Investor / C-Suite reporting
  • Create and maintain an “FP&A Bible” to be the one stop shop of information
  • Understanding of unit economics and business impacts

Requirements

  • Have Completed or are in the process of completing an accounting qualification (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • Have fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • The drive to succeed and to go above and beyond.
  • Have a deep understanding of Google Analytics (Including all google analytics tracking knowledge).
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, with excellent modelling skills
  • Experience working with either Tableau, Looker, Power BI or any Data Visualisation tool.
  • Be familiar with research, analysis and reporting tools, including Web Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and evaluate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be extremely comfortable with analytical tasks and Excel and have an understanding of online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in MS office – especially Excel.
  • Have a degree in an Analytical/Maths subject.
