Descrizione
• Drive the overall FlixBus affiliate marketing strategy and all efforts for the US market• Recruit and maintain relationships with high quality affiliates and metasearch channel partners consistent with our brand
• Own reporting and metrics: review campaign performance, and interpret data for strategic recommendations
• Manage day-to-day affiliate program including managing budgets, continuously evaluating partnerships and monitoring activities to ensure maximum KPIs
• Bring passion and creativity to suggest new out-of-the-box ideas to drive performance
• Perform other exciting duties related to setting up FlixBus in the US • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
• Authorization for employment in the US
• 3-5 years of affiliate marketing experience in the transportation, tourism or related industry is preferred
• Demonstrated track record of success in driving high growth for an affiliate marketing program
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, for building external relationships with partners as well as internal communication
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools including MS Office, Outlook and Salesforce
• Spanish speaking is a plus
