• You will work in a senior role in the cross-functional, self-organized team
• Together with your team you will provide an easy, engaging, enjoyable booking experience for all our customers
• You decouple our large systems to independent services and self-contained systems
• You optimize databases that have hundreds of millions of rows
• You write SOLID, maintainable, flexible, testable and tested code
• You analyze, propose and drive technology improvements
• You support our CI/CD environment and produce positive impact with each release
• You support our agile, flexible, team-oriented development • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant industry experience
• Solution oriented attitude with a focus on materializing the business vision through technical means
• Multiple years of experience as a Senior Developer and are an Expert in PHP7, Symfony, DDD and micro services.
• Up to date experiences with modern Frontend technologies which will position you as a Frontend Expert in your team
• Good knowledge of React, Redux, CSS3 and HTML5
• Experience with Testing tools such as Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Enzyme and Selenium
• Experience using build tools such as Webpack, Rollup and BabelJS
• Enthusiasm for implementing modern and user-friendly web interfaces
• Experience in or willingness to grow in JavaScript (jQuery/React/Redux),CSS, HTML, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, PHP Unit, Behat, Docker, Kubernetes, Continuous Integration and Deployment (Unit testing/Jenkins/Ansible/Pepper), Agile Project Management, PHPStorm, Vagrant, Debian, Graylog, Rollbar and more!
• Fluent in English, German language is a plus
