You are in charge of all HR related topics in our regional CEE entities (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria) with an emphasis on the development of the local teams
You convince and recruit the most promising candidates in our target markets to join our successful venture and manage the entire recruitment process
You advise and support executives regarding all HR matters and act competent, trustworthy, discreet as well as reliable
You take on responsibility for the local roll-out of international HR projects
You ensure that all team members have all the necessities to work efficiently and happily (e.g. never run out of coffee and beer :) )
You actively support creating a cool, family like atmosphere, ranging from office interior to team building activities and events Relevant degree in business, social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR or equivalent practical experience
You have made first experiences in recruiting and/or human resource management
Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take over responsibility and drive the international development of our company
You are fluent in Hungarian and English, Romanian and Bulgarian fluency is considered a big plus
Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
