• You will support the recruitment process and you will execute with the HRM the recruitment strategy according to business needs and company goals
• You will be in charge of part of the HRM (Human Resources Management) topics in collaboration with external consultants and payroll office
• You will be in charge of applying the strategies of career paths and training assessments, emphasizing the needs and the development of the local teams
• You will be the expert person of labor law and collective agreements and you will be in charge of monthly payroll's activities
• You will act as an HR Business Partner collaborating with the Italian management giving them support and advice on a daily basis on people management
• You will be in charge of the collaboration with the German HQ to guarantee the coordination of the HR Italian strategy with the global strategy • Excellent degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, Business or Social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR
• At least 4 years experience as an HR role.
• You have made other experiences in a start-up, strategy consultancy or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are fully proficient in Office Suite, especiallyExcel
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
