Descrizione
• You will support the recruitment process and you will execute with the HRM the recruitment strategy according to business needs and company goals• You will be in charge of part of the HRM (Human Resources Management) topics in collaboration with external consultants and payroll office
• You will be in charge of applying the strategies of career paths and training assessments, emphasizing the needs and the development of the local teams
• You will be the expert person of labor law and collective agreements and you will be in charge of monthly payroll's activities
• You will act as an HR Business Partner collaborating with the Italian management giving them support and advice on a daily basis on people management
• You will be in charge of the collaboration with the German HQ to guarantee the coordination of the HR Italian strategy with the global strategy • Excellent degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, Business or Social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR
• At least 4 years experience as an HR role.
• You have made other experiences in a start-up, strategy consultancy or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are fully proficient in Office Suite, especiallyExcel
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
