• You will support the Trade Marketing Manager in scaling the Trade & Retail channel• You will establish and maintain profitable business relationships with strategic and top-performing B2B accounts
• You will analyze, understand and help grow the performance of the assigned portfolio
• You will ensure the growth of our market share through competitive analysis and ABM (Account Based Marketing)
• You will define and execute sales and marketing action plans to help achieve and exceed the Trade Marketing targets • Excellent Master's degree in Business, Economy or related fields of study
• At least 3 years working experience in a marketing agency, sales team, start-up marketing and/or management consulting, ideally in the travel & leisure field
• Track record of successful personal and occupational projects
• High social, communication, and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. A good knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Motivation to change the mobility market in Italy
• Native Italian, fluent English
