Descrizione

You are in charge of the contract management for the international business in Eastern Europe
You draft agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
You ensure contracting policies are followed in the contracting process
You analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions
You identify gaps in the business needs during the contracting phase to reduce risks
You provide recommendations for process improvements via a continuous improvement focus
You maintain contract files and prepare updates of the contractual basis for the management
You work in close collaboration with the FlixBus Legal Department and external lawyers Contract management, paralegal, or comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, economics, commercial law or similar is a plus
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
Competence to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial drive and a hands-on mentality
Business acumen, effective oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English and German, every other language is a plus
