You strengthen FlixBus in the CEE South market and take full ownership for developing our local businessYour drive business development – acquiring bus partners and managing relations with authorities and politics
You present collaboration opportunities and cooperation advantages with FlixBus to partners
You take on commercial responsibility for the entire CEE South business
You are the leader, builder and developer of our CEE South team and office
You customize the FlixBus business model to cater to the need of our CEE South customers
You are responsible that the green buses operate smoothly on CEE South roads
You take on all strategic and operational tasks required when starting up an office in a new country Excellent Master's degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or management consulting
Highly self-motivated and bringing the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
Track record of successful personal and professional projects with high performance and sales responsibility
Strong analytical skills
High social, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
Native in Croatian and fluent in English; German or any other European language is a plus
