Descrizione

• You and your team are responsible for the logistics of equipping our buses with offline material - hardware and non hardware - ranging from Wi-Fi solution or GPS systems to drivers uniforms or phones (among many others)
• You are in charge of all necessary actions to be taken from sourcing, storing, delivering and maintaining our rolling stock of 2,000+ vehicles, and in particular:
- Defining the offline product standards required in our fleet
- Managing the hardware ordering and aftersales processes
- Handling all country organizations' requests regarding their onboard material
- Monitoring our logistic and warehouse provider, optimizing our bus partner webshop and challenging all current processes
- Supporting the company growth and diversification by ensuring smooth and on-time installations of all new buses
• You are contributing to some company-wide projects with high exposure to define and roll-out the new generation of our product, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
• You are supported in your role by a very diverse and international team and you are fully responsible for its management (defining and implementing the team strategy, assessing the team performance, fostering the personal development of your employees, handling the reporting to the management...) • You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and result driven
• You have a good business sense and some strong analytical capacities
• You like handling technical and IT topics and you are not afraid to be a hands-on manager
• You are ready and willing to challenge our processes and you are constantly looking for improvement potential
• You have some proven management skills to motivate, develop and grow your team
• You like to work in a young, dynamic, fast-moving tech company
• You demonstrate good communication skills and can manage the complexity of stakeholders (providers, countries…)
• You have a very good command of English and German (full professional proficiency)
