FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with headquarters in Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris and Zagreb. Since 2013, FlixBus has offered a new, convenient and green way to travel which suits every budget. Thanks to a smart business model and innovative technology, the startup has established Europe's largest intercity bus network in less than four years and does not intend to stop to expand anytime soon.

To support our team we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f) in Milano.

Your tasks

• You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities 
• You will identify and acquire new partners and build strong, long-lasting relationships 
• You will be the link between external partners and internal teams 
• You will take ownership of the whole sales process, including lead generation and sales responsibility 
• You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management  

Your profile

• Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study 
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or management consulting 
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us 
• Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility  
• Excellent analytical skills 
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills 
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness 
• At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
