Responsibilities are included but not limited to:● Handle corporate requests and enquiries for corporate invoices● Ensure strict adherence to company’s Corporate AR Collection policies and SOP● Execute the automated debt reminders on a timely manner● Investigate and resolve all causes of invoice discrepancies / disputes / complaints● Work closely with Finance and Corporate Team on the job● Provide reports/status/updates to Management / Finance / Corporate on a timely manner● To report directly to the Head of Corporate and secondarily to FinanceRequirements:● Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in General Business Administration or in relateddiscipline● Fluent in English both written and spoken● Quick-learner and able to work under pressure● Positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous● Highly proficient with MS Office with strong Excel skills● Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills● Candidate must be able to start work immediately or within short noticeWhat we offer:● Responsibility from day one in a fast growing, international company● A vibrant and international team● Exposure to Customer Service and Finance fields
