Responsibilities:

• Understand and promote Agile principles
• Protect the team from distractions
• Identify and remove impediments preventing the team from achieving goals
• Champion continuous improvement for team process
• Facilitate team meetings
• Help define team rules and ensure they are followed
• Work with team and Product Owner to track and communicate team velocity, burn-downs, and sprint/release progress
• Stay current with Agile best practices and trends
• Provide Agile training for new and existing employees
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Able to coach other Scrum Masters
• Skilled facilitator
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Clear written and verbal communications
• Well organized
• Able to handle multiple project teams
• Scrum Master certification a plus
