As an Operations Support Analyst, you will help make the vast amount of data we produce in Customer Care organized and valuable so everyone can make great decisions through insights. You will work on analytics tools, data quality, reporting solutions, and more.

The ideal applicant must be able to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously while also serving as a subject matter expert for the operational excellence team. 

• Work closely with different teams and business partners in the organization, build and foster strong relationships
• Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Prepare briefings, visualizations, reports, and recommendations for leadership to review.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a business intelligence role, including analytics tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Knowledge and direct experience in data visualization concepts using business intelligence reporting tools (Looker would be ideal)
• You can present findings clearly and concisely to ensure the audience understands insights and can implement recommendations. 
• You possess strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Able to use SQL, R, and Python for general programming and statistical analysis on big data sets would be highly desirable
