We are building scalable marketing channels through the collaboration of cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Content, and Design—to develop industry-leading marketing automation. We are looking for an outstanding Head of Prediction & Bidding to join our Berlin headquarters.

• Formulate, implement, and optimize bidding strategies to optimize investment in the paid search channel.
• Utilize terabytes of data for statistical analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights, identifying both opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct large-scale tests to inform strategy.
• Contribute to strategic budgeting discussions and financial forecasting with the Finance team.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance existing processes, identify new opportunities, and achieve measurable results.
• Engage closely with Product teams to provide input on their roadmaps.
• Report findings from experiments and business trends to senior leadership.

• 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in-house, preferably in paid search, OR a PhD in advanced statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Completed a degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, tools, and best practices.
• At least 5 years of experience utilizing tools like SQL, R, Python, or Java for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization to transform large, dynamic datasets into actionable insights.
• Capability to extract insights and a strong enthusiasm for applying these in practical business settings.
• Desire to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and exercise independent initiative.
• Effective communicator with a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
