As a Talent Development Working student, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects, processes, and events with diverse stakeholders and be at the forefront of learning and growth at GetYourGuide.

• Logistical Support: Manage behind-the-scenes details for learning events, including scheduling, securing spaces, and sending timely reminders and follow-ups to participants.
• Facilitator Support: Act as a support for our facilitators, aiding in the smooth preparation and execution of materials and sessions.
• Material support: Help to update the materials that support our leadership programs, making learning an impactful experience.
• Community Engagement: Be a proactive supporter of our learning community, handling queries and fostering through our Jira system.
• Manager Hub Caretaker: Ensure our Manager Hub is always a reliable resource with the latest and greatest information.
• Workday Wizardry: Take on the vital task of keeping Workday in tip-top shape with up-to-date records and inspiring events.
• Event Maestro: Organize the nuts and bolts of workshops and training sessions, from managing invitations to coordinating logistics like catering and room bookings.

• Organised and Attentive: You love keeping things in order and paying attention to the little details that make a big difference. You have an eye for usability and ensure all materials are attractive and user-friendly.
• Team Collaborator: While you're great at working independently, you thrive in a team setting and are always ready to lend a hand.
• Coordination enthusiast: You enjoy pulling together various elements to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Tools Advocate: Whether it's Workday, Jira, or any office software, you're comfortable using (or learning about) technology to get the job done and have a keen interest in supporting the team to create user-friendly tools.
• Development Driven: You have a genuine interest in talent development.
• Clear Communicator: With a strong command of English, you're adept at crafting emails and communicating clear messages.
• Detail Dedicated: Precision is your middle name; you love diving into tasks and projects and ensuring accuracy and efficiency whilst you execute. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
