We're looking for a Sales Planning Analyst to join our team to support our ever growing Marketplace group. This individual will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with all levels of internal staff. He/she is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, have exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and thrive on finding solutions to daily challenges. He/she will have a background that includes a mixture of analysis and data management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create advanced analysis based on business need

Conceptualize and gather appropriate data and resources to complete analysis

Plan and forecast KPIs based on business trends

Partner with management and key business stakeholders to make data drive conclusions/solutions

Evaluate existing templates and tools and enhance functionality and capabilities

Participate in the design and development of internal analysis tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

5-7 years of working experience in an analytical/planning role

Expert Excel skills and related data manipulationDetail-oriented, with exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
