Help us build the best team of nice and smart people that you have ever worked with! We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual to join us in the Berlin office as a Talent Sourcer. Houzz International has ambitious team growth plans and needs an energetic, sales orientated individual on deck to help fuel this growth. You will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the recruitment cycle through this in-house role, working with and learning from our experienced recruitment team spread across our international division.

What You’ll Do

Source mainly Sales and eCommerce candidates for our International offices

Applying a sales mindset to hitting hiring targets

Creating a pipeline of candidates via job boards, university & recruitment events and passive sourcing techniques

Qualify candidates prior to presenting to hiring managers and recruiters

Design and implement best practice sourcing techniques, assessing response rates and results and iterating on approaches, techniques and media to drive effectiveness

Perform analysis and tracking of our job boards to asses ROI and suggest changes in order to enhance pipeline of qualified candidates

Support various projects related to building the Houzz employment brand including internal and external events, job fairs, and various other projects

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in talent attraction and/or sales

Hands on and entrepreneurial mindset - we constantly need to think outside of the box and be resourceful as new challenges and hiring needs arise!

Excellent listener; ability to ask thoughtful questions to probe a candidate's skills and abilities

Impeccable organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you are the first point of contact for candidates to Houzz and need to set the right tone from the start!

Comfortable on the phone, able to make hundreds of calls each week and build rapport with candidates easily.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have…

Experience with or knowledge of LinkedIn and Xing

Eagerness to develop a strong understanding of our Sales, Marketplace and Customer Service departments and what makes the ideal Houzz candidate.

Previous recruiting experience is a bonus but not required - we are happy to train the right person!

Native level German with additional language skills in any or multiple of the following languages: French, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Spanish.
