• Support the Head of Finance Change Management to implement new Finance Operating Model, including: change of a core banking and reporting system, accounting and controlling rules and procedures,
• Act as a single point of contact in Finance for change related matters. Provide subject matter expertise in Finance as well as Accounting and Controlling topics;
• Develop a deep understanding of our loan products end to end life cycle and all related business events especially e-commerce loans, such refunds;
• Work closely with loan servicing product teams such as loan management, collections, payments, to help define and implement loan book accounting rules;
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining loan book accounting procedures for new product features, business processes etc. such as merchant subsidy settlement;
• Responsible for implementing business processes to support SPV/Entity management to fund different loan portfolios.

• Masters Degree with a focus on Finance, Banking, Financial Management, Business Administration or a related field;
• 5+ years work experience in Finance department in Financial Institutions, Finance Transformation, Finance Change Projects, of which at least 3 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role;
• Experience in ERP systems implementation projects preferred;
• Sound knowledge in standard accounting procedures (General Ledger and Sub Ledger, Loan Accounting, IFRS 9, etc.);
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is helpful, with a strong preference for German, Spanish and/ or Polish;
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
