We are looking for a CRM Manager, who will join our Headquarter based in Milan. The role will impact both technology & strategic aspects. The candidate will work with an international focus to design a CRM program able to work on a global level.


Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Database Management and Growth: integrate the company's digital and physical channels in the CRM system 
  • Customer Segmentation: review and organize customer contact lists 
  • Email Marketing Automation and Content Management: ensure marketing automation email design and content are optimized to deliver the best results in all CRM campaigns. 
  • Contact Strategy: manage customer contact and delivery KPIs to maximize customer related metrics 
  • Customer Care coordination with third party 
  • Implement and manage customer journeys, including retention, reactivation and promotional together with customer lifetime value 
  • Conduct testing, review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results 


Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Retail Companies  
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Management platforms 
  • Experience with Customer Journey mapping  
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms 
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM work methods 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Project Management capabilities 
  • Willing to learn new tools 
  • Fluent in English
