Whilst Moneyfarm is a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch, via our dedicated team of investment consultants.
To ensure our investors get the best possible experience, the consultant team are there to provide a helping hand, and reassurance across three key areas:
Digital wealth management - making sure our customers understand the concept and its position in the investment management landscape
The Moneyfarm product  - guiding customers and prospective customers through our investment advice journey and why Moneyfarm is different from peers
Investments - explain how our asset allocation and investment team look after our customers' money to help them achieve their investment goals, and providing updates on our investment views over time
Responsibilities
  • Proactively managing customer relationships
  • Always putting the customer first and providing the highest level of customer engagement, via phone, emails and webchat
  • Ensuring that customers have a smooth experience when joining the platform and have access to any information they require
  • Helping customers fully understand why Moneyfarm is different and how we help clients achieve their goals
  • Consistently improving knowledge of Moneyfarm’s platform to support customers and improve their experience
  • Be a spokesperson for the customer by feeding back any comments or concerns to the Head of UKIC or the product and marketing teams
  • Explain our views on market developments and provide updates to individual customers
  • Document all customer contact in our database
  • Work with Head of UKIC to improve and develop processes to benefit the customer experience
  • Contact potential customers who have signed up in response to marketing.
  • Main Requirements
  • A keen interest in financial advice, wealth management and fintech
  • Passionate about customer service and ensuring their needs are met 
  • Min 1 year proven commercial experience in a Financial Services environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfortable dealing with customers on the phone
  • Ability to grasp new technologies/systems quickly and explain these to others
  • Degree in Business, Economics or Finance
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and effective problem solving
  • Willing to study for relevant financial exams
  • Holding or studying for CISI IAD (or an equivalent RDR qualification).
