As part of the Employee Experience Team, you will play an important role in supporting the development of our people and be an important factor in this journey from the very first moment you interact with them. YOUR ROLE

  • Own and manage the Talent program for internships, working students, graduates and other related hiring initiatives.
  • Support campus recruiting events working closely with our recruiting partners and hiring teams.
  • Assist and liaise with hiring managers to guide them through the hiring process from setting up the roles in our applicant tracking system to coordinating the final offer.
  • Organise Internship program events such as talks and events with business leaders and mentoring opportunities.
  • Promote the internship program internally to increase awareness and partner with our employer branding team to reach a wider external audience.
  • Create and maintain all internal documentation making this simple, accessible and intuitive to use.
  • Track and assess the ongoing success of the program gathering feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Troubleshoot problems with systems or processes where necessary.

  • You are a natural organiser and master of time-management.
  • You have self-initiative and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision but are also comfortable to ask for help if you need it.
  • You are somebody who is curious by nature.

  • You have already gained experience preparing and structuring clear, well thought our documentation and processes.

  • You will join our Content team to create a broad range of compelling English language content and messaging that is consistent with N26’s brand style and tone.
  • Produce fresh and creative content for our performance marketing channels, website/landing pages, CRM activities, social media, and even in the N26 app itself.
  • Hold full responsibility in curating content for the N26 blog and online magazine.
  • Take a crucial part in building an engaging social media community using your natural knack for creativity.
  • Support in planning bespoke online and offline marketing campaigns; working closely with our online marketing and channel managers.
  • You will collaborate with communication managers specialising in other languages to generate ideas and adapt compelling content.
  • You will help ensure that our entire customer journey, with all its messaging touchpoints, uses compelling copy which enhances customer understanding and preference, and tells a logical "story".
  • What you will bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Media, Communication, Linguistics or related field is required
  • Native/Proficient English, British English preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • 4+ years of experience in writing and creating marketing materials
  • Experience in a fintech or digital company is a strong plusYou are passionate about social media and likely have a strong online presence yourself - perhaps your own blog, for example! You love to write, whether it’s creating new copy from the ground up.

  • Coach, develop and grow the architectural skills and technical agile practices of the organisation (e.g developer excellence in continuous delivery, TDD, refactoring and clean code)
  • As part of our technical leadership team, you'll collaborate to hire and onboard top talent, build the engineering culture of N26 and develop technical leadership skills across the bank
  • Provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams delivering a variety of products, being key in new product kick-offs to gain a deep understanding of what we're shipping
  • Align product and service architectures to maintain a strong level of consistency of Cross-Functional Requirements (particularly championing operational requirements such as automated deployments, monitoring, logging)
  • Structure teams to ensure there is capacity to work on larger architectural redesign to meet scalability, performance, security or compliance needs
  • Spread architectural, technical and domain knowledge across teams, conducting systematic reviews to track progress of engineers learnings

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, across projects and people, with a natural aptitude and passion for growing and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of architecturally-heavy systems, including designing, implementing and evolving these system constraints

  • You will develop and manage full-cycle recruiting process for business and commercial (non-tech) positions for N26.
  • You will build and maintain steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible sourcing channels (including direct search and social media platforms).
  • You will establish strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders.
  • You will assist in assessment centres, sourcing activities and other related recruitment coordination when necessary.
  • You will support employer branding concepts and projects.
  • What you will bring along?
  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting (internship/working student), preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or (Organisational) Psychology or similar (focus on Human Resources is a plus).
  • Excellent Business English skills a must!
  • Strong knowledge in sourcing, and keen eye for spotting talent in the market!
  • International work experience in end to end recruitment is preferred.
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems, social media networking.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in our product and vision.
