(Senior) Software Engineer - Intelligent Dispatch (m/f)

Descrizione

• Collaboration with a team of qualified software developers, product managers and analysts
• Analysis and modelling of optimisation options to improve the various metrics of our algorithm
• Documenting and communicating the way this algorithm works to our operational teams and developers who will implement those solutions.
• Evaluate / benchmarking of potential improvements before hitting production
• Apply known statistical and machine learning techniques and devise new ones to understand and analyze data

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research or other similar quantitative field (M.Sc., PhD)
• Experience with relational databases (i.e. PostgreSQL) and excellent SQL skills
• Hands-on, deep knowledge of Python or R (experience with Java or any other language in JVM is a plus)
• Deep understating in statistics, data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, predictive analytics, …)
• Experience with logistics, PostGIS, routing algorithms are all nice to have
• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
