We are looking for a passionate and task driven individual to join us as a Supplier Experience Specialist. You will be working with our local sales team in driving growth in our global business and ensuring continued success of our diverse supplier network.

This team is part of the Care department at the company and the position is based in Berlin.

• Support the local sales team across 14 offices and their supply partners in daily operations
• Work closely with international stakeholders from content, connectivity, product and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply operations related issues and challenges
• Become an expert on internal systems and processes
• Lead internal process improvement project
• Work closely with our BPO team making sure they are trained and educated on our processes and tools 
• Handle other tasks such as; supporting new product creation on our platform, updating availability, pricing and content for managed products, answering escalated partner emails and questions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 2-4 years of prior work experience
• You thrive in a task and process led atmosphere with a strong attention to detail
• You are personable, approachable and collaborative
• You are a talented communicator (both written and verbal)
• You enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with jira, excel and CRM tools
• You are a self-starter and you enjoy solving problems and improving processes
• You understand why customer centricity is core to our business needs and are able to apply this while communicating with our Business Partners and internal stakeholders
• You understand the value of effective time management and prioritization in day to day tasks
• Travel, Tour & Activity industry experience is a plus
