Our Trade Team Makes Things Happen
Houzz recently launched the Houzz Trade Program to provide industry professionals with multiple ways to profit from purchasing and recommending products in the Houzz Marketplace. The Houzz Marketplace offers everything from items for major remodeling projects and custom home builds, such as bathtubs and fixtures, to furniture and decor products.
As a Trade Sales Representative you will lay the foundation for your sales career by working with residential and commercial industry professionals, ranging from designers and architects to property managers, and others. You will engage professionals with the Trade Program through outbound calls, and deliver a top notch experience for professionals while transitioning them to an Account Manager so they become first time and long time purchasers with Houzz’s Marketplace.
What You’ll Do
  • Consistently overachieve on goals for outbound calls, new accounts, and conversions
  • Educate professionals on the exclusive “Trade only” perks of our Marketplace
  • Build excellent rapport and launch relationships that will lead to pros becoming lifetime customers
  • Qualify accounts for future product needs, and set-up referral opportunities with Trade Account Managers
  • Perform additional campaigns and duties to meet business need
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • Ability to quickly build rapport via the phone and establish long term relationships
  • Excellent time management, follow-up, and prioritization skills
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Verifiable track record of success
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Prior sales experience in a B2B setting
  • Goal-oriented team player: we chip in and support each other to hit our team targets and company goals
  • Adaptable to change with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
